How to Establish the Theme

Setup Theme

Template installation is very simple process.

WP Admin can also be used to install your theme.

Logging into your WordPress admin area is the first step. Next, select

1. From the dashboard, select Appearance >> Themes.

Step 2:Click the Add New button at the top of the themes page once the page has loaded.
3.Select the 'Upload Theme' button.
4. After choosing your event-planning-management.zip theme by clicking the Browse button and then select Install Now.
5. Now that your theme has been installed, WordPress will show you a success message and a link to activate or view the live preview. Congratulations on finishing the theme installation.

Setup Home Page

The options of this page template (like sections location, disabling sections, number of posts they display) can be controlled it.

To design a home page, follow these steps.

1. Create a page with the template on it: Go to Dashboard Pages >> Add New Page

Call it "home" or whatever moniker you desire. Then, from the template dropdown, pick "front page template".

The Page Attributes section provides your page a parent page and a template.

Design the front page as follows: Go to Setting >> Reading >> Set the home page as the front page display static page.
Once you're done, the front page will display the entire demo content.

Necessary Plugins

On your Dashboard, you'll be prompted to install these plugins when you first activate the theme. If you decide later on that you do not want to install these plugins during theme activation, you can install them manually. Alternatively, you can choose to ignore the message.

In the dashboard, navigate to Plugins >> Install Plugins.

Set Up Menu

Set Up Menu

Navigate to Appearance >> in the dashboard. Menu

Go to the Dashboard and select the 'Appearance' menu from the left-hand menu to open the Menu Editor. Choose the 'Menus' option from there.

Use these procedures to make a new menu:Choose "Create a new menu" from the menu bar at the top.In the "Menu Name" box, type a name for your new menu.On the "Create Menu" button, click.

The creation of your new personalised menu has been completed.

To include things on your menu

Find the "Pages" section in the Menu Editor.

Select the checkbox next to the title of each page you wish to add.

Click "Add to Menu" after you've chosen the pages you want.

The customised menu has been successfully saved.

This is how the menu will look on the front end.

Logo Setup

You can set the site title and tagline by following the steps below to continue with Theme Logo setup.

Navigate to Appearance >> Customise >> Site Identity >> in the dashboard. Establish a title and tagline. The tagline can also be hidden.

In front end, it will look like this.

Header Setup

To continue with Theme Header setup, follow the below steps.

Within the dashboard, navigate to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Option >> Header Settings

In front end, it will look like this.

Slider Section

Fetch Categories

All of the categories are listed in this table. Categories are organized alphabetically and hierarchically.

Observe the instructions below to setup Category Settings.

Within the dashboard, navigate to Posts >> Categories >> Add New

Your theme's customised categories will appear once you've finished doing this.

For every post, you must add a new category in this section.

Fetch Post

Within the dashboard, navigate to Posts >> Add New

To continue with Post Settings, You can set post title and content. And Select which Category you want this post to show.

Observe the instructions below to setup Post Settings.

Within the dashboard, navigate to Posts >> Add New

For each category, you can create multiple posts.

Once you have done with this you will see the post on your front page.

Slider Settings

To continue with Theme Slider Settings , you can set slide show , follow the below steps.

Within the dashboard, navigate to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Slider Settings

Select number slides to show, then select the category which you have to show on slider.

In front end, it will look like this.

Fetch Categories

Important Step: Install WooCommerce plugin in your wordpress.

Within the dashboard, navigate to Posts >> Categories >> Add New

Your theme's customised categories will appear once you've finished doing this.

For every post, you must add a new category in this section.

Fetch Post

Within the dashboard, navigate to Posts >> Add New

To continue with Post Settings, You can set post title and content. And Select which Category you want this post to show.

Observe the instructions below to setup Service Settings.

Within the dashboard, navigate to Posts >> Add New

For each category, you can create multiple posts.

Once you have done with this you will see the post on your front page.

To continue with Service Section follow the instructions given below.

In the Dashboard, navigate to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Service Settings

You can add heading and sub heading for this section. As Given Below.

In front end, it will look like this.

Setup Footer Section

There are four columns in the footer. Any widget can be added there..

1.Within the dashboard, navigate to Appearance >> Widgets

To add widgets to the footer, see the screenshot below.

You can add footer coloumns, for that you need to select widgets like text, image, gallery, etc which allows you to add text or image as per your choice with ease.

In order to manage content for footer and add some widgets, navigate to, follow the below steps.

2.Within the dashboard, navigate to Appearance >> Widgets >> Footer Sidebar

Your footer will appear like this once you have added widgets to it.

Footer Copyright Text

You can fill the copyright content to the footer copyright Settings to proceed with the footer copyright Settings.

5.Within the dashboard, navigate to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Footer Copyright Setting

In front end, it will look like this.
